Terms of Service

Last updated May 25, 2026

These are the rules of using QR Coloring Studio. By signing up, you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense, email hello@qrcoloring.com and we'll explain.

1. Who can sign up

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You agree that any account you create on behalf of an organization is one you have authority to bind to these terms.

2. What we provide

A web service to create printable QR coloring sheets, configure scan-page destinations, export PDFs, and track scan analytics. Features and limits vary by plan.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the line art, audio, text, and other content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, render, and deliver that content solely as needed to operate the service for you. We never claim ownership.

You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload. You agree that you are responsible for the content of your scan pages, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness for the audiences you choose to share it with.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in a disabled QR code, a suspended workspace, or a terminated account, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Plans are described on the pricing page.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from Stripe's Customer Portal.
  • We don't prorate refunds for partial periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep paid features until the period ends, then revert to Free.
  • Plan limits are enforced server-side. Going over a limit may block exports, scans, or sheet creation until the next period or upgrade.

6. Permanent QR resolution

QR codes you export through our service route through qrcoloring.com/s/<code>. Once a short code has been exported, we will not reuse it for another creator's content. If you delete a sheet or close your account, we change the code's status (e.g., to archived or disabled) instead of removing it — so printed paper continues to resolve to a safe page rather than going dead.

7. Trademark notice

"QR Code" is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. We use it only descriptively. We are not affiliated with DENSO WAVE.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific QR code will scan on every device. We test rigorously, but a printer's ink choices and a camera's lens are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 and (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We'll give you reasonable notice when we can — except in cases involving fraud, abuse of minors, or court orders.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, except where law requires otherwise (e.g., for consumer protection).

12. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
